Grammar Vigilantes: Just Say No

These days, grammar experts are a dime a dozen, all over magazines, television and the Internet. Strunk, White and Safire must be spinning in their graves.

British humorist Stephen Fry has a clever take on the whole business that is fun to listen to and look at.

According to the statement from Rogers Creations, who animated the video, “Using the wonderful words of acclaimed writer, actor and all-round know it all (I mean that in the best of ways) Stephen Fry, I have created this kinetic typography animation. I loved this particular essay on language, and I thought it would be the prefect opportunity to make my first kinetic typography.”

Very cool.
